艾米，你知道"睡商"吗?

Amy: I just know ‘intelligence quotient’ and ‘emotional quotient’,what does this ‘sleep quotient’ mean?

我就知道"智商"和"情商"，这"睡商"是什么意思?

Lily: ‘Sleep quotient’ means the quality of your sleep. If you have high quality sleep,it means your sleep quotient is high.;on the contrary, you have low sleep quotient.

"睡商"指的是睡眠质量，如果你睡眠好说明你的睡商高，反之就是睡商低。

Amy: I think our new times is an era which is lack of sleep.

我想我们新时代是一个欠睡时代。

Lily: Yup,some people think sleep is wasting of time,so they occupy the sleeping time to work,study,play games and so on.

是的，有人认为睡觉是在浪费时间，所以他们占用睡眠时间来工作、学习、游戏等等。

Amy: But I think these can be seen as excuses,we should pay attention to our health,anyway, Health is the fundamentality of our body.

但我觉得这些都是借口，我们应该注重健康，无论如何，身体是革命的本钱。

Lily: You are right. Good sleep can keep you full of energy.

你是对的，好的睡眠可以让你精力充沛。

Amy: In order to getting a good sleep, what should we pay attention to?

为了有好的睡眠，我们应该注意什么呢?

Lily: There are three key element: suitable beddings, 25℃of room temperature and 50%to 60%humidity,rayless light.

有三要素：合适的寝具、25℃的室温和50%至60%的湿度及昏暗的光线。

Amy: I think I should go back and check my room.

我想我应该回去检查下我的卧室。

It is really my honor to have this opportunity for an interview,I hope i can make a good performance today. i'm confident that i can succeed.

Now i will introduce myself briefly:

I am 26 years old,born in shandong province .

I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of X-X.

I spend most of my time on study,i have passed cet4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

In july X-X, i began work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in qingdao city.because i'm capable of more responsibilities, so i decided to change my job.

And in august X-X,i left qingdao to beijing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.because i want to change my working environment, i'd like to find a job which is more challenging. morover motorola is a global company, so i feel i can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. that is the reason why i come here to compete for this position.

I think i'm a good team player and i'm a person of great honesty to others. also i am able to work under great pressure.

My name is YYX . I come from DLUFL and my major is english special lised in business. Computer, books, films and climbing moutains are my favourite.

I have been a class president for nearly 4 years, and I also have been an interpreter at Dalian Garment Fair for twice.

I think all these exprience and my responsibility, creating thinking and passion would make me qualify for this job.

And what's more, my laptop computer is HP, so I have a better way to recgonize HP. I believe that it would be a challenge and a chance for me to be a HP man. That's all ,Thank you so much!
