J.Thesetwoprinciples--don'tletrobotshurtorfrightenpeople--arerelativelysimple.Robotscientistsaretacklingmorecomplicatedproblemsasrobotsbecomemoresophisticated.Theyarekeentoavoidhierarchies(层级)amongrescue-robots(becausethelossoftheleaderwouldrendertherestredundant).Sotheyareusinggametheorytomakesuretherobotscancommunicatewitheachotherinegalitarian(平等)ways.Theyarekeentoavoidduplicationbetweenrobotsandtheirhumanhandlers.Sotheyareproducingmorecomplicatedmathematicalformulaeinorderthatrobotscanconstantlyadjustthemselvestohumanintentions.
Thissuggeststhattheworldcouldbeonthevergeofagreatmanagementrevolution:makingrobotsbehavelikehumansratherthanthe20thcentury'spreferredoption,makinghumansbehavelikerobots.
