Variousreasonscanaccountforit.Butmostimportantofall,alargenumberofstudentstendtooverindulgethemselvesineating,merrymakingandplayingaroundduringtheholidays,whichmakesitdifficulttoadjusttotheirroutinestudyscheduleandlifepaceonthecampus.

Mysuggestionstodealwiththissyndromeareasfollows.First，exercisingandstickingtoanormalscheduleovertheholidayswillmakeadifferenceandnippost-holidaysyndromeinthebud.Besides,itpaystoreturnafewdaysearlierbeforethesemesterstarts.Theearlyreturnseemstohavekepttheholidaybluesatbay.
