Somepeoplesuggestthatthesolutiontotheproblemistobuildmorehigh-riseapartments,othersareinfavorofundergroundhousingareas.Ipreferthefirstidea,becauseitischeapertobuildabovegroundthanbelow.Besides,peopleprefertoliveintheopenairandseethesunshine.

Thesecondideaisnotpractical.Onereasonforthisisthatitisdangeroustoconstructlivingplacesunderstreetsandbuildings.Anotherreasonisthatitwouldtaketoomuchtimetocarryout,andinthemeantimethenumberofpeoplewaitingforhouseswouldincrease,thusmakingtheproblemworse.
