Withthegloomyprospectofreturningtoschool,manystudentscouldsufferfrompost-holidaysyndrome,whichreferstoageneralfeelingofdepressionbeforereturningtocampuslife,whichiscausedbyirregularlifestylesduringtheholiday.Symptomsincludefatigue,lackofappetiteandconcentration,irritabilityandafeelingofhelplessness.

Variousreasonscanaccountforit.Butmostimportantofall,alargenumberofstudentstendtooverindulgethemselvesineating,merrymakingandplayingaroundduringtheholidays,whichmakesitdifficulttoadjusttotheirroutinestudyscheduleandlifepaceonthecampus.
