Itismoreovermuchmoredifficulttohealoneselfthantohealothersbecausetheseedsofuncertaintyaremoreeasilybanishedwhenweactonanother'sbehalf.Whenwesendhealinglighttoourselves,itisimportantthatourintentionsandourself-trustbestrongerthanevertocounteractdoubt.Asweblessourselvesinthisway,weserveasbothanactivechannelandapassivedestination.Thisshouldnotchangethewayweinteractwiththevaluableenergywewishtoreceive,however.

Thoughwemaybetemptedtoconsciouslydirectorinfluencethemannerinwhichlightimpactsourlivesbecauseweknowourselvesmostintimately,weshouldnottrytocontrolitspath.Whenwedrawthewhitelightofprotectionandpuritytoourbodies,takingitintoourselveswitheachinhalation,ourbeliefinthefactthatitwillnaturallymovetowardareasofdysfunctionwillensurethatitflowsthrougheverymuscleandorgan.Andwhenwefillourspaceswiththislight,ourenvironmentsareclearedofallthenegativeenergythatcansapourstrengthandourspirit.Surroundedinsideandoutwithhealinglight,wefeelsafeandprotected,healthy,relaxed,andcontentjustasthosewhoregularlyreceivesuchlovinggiftsfromusdo.Ifyousincerelybelievethatthereisapartofyourselfthatexistsindependentlyofupsetandillness,theloveandlightyousendyourselfwillhelpyouconnectwithit.

Youwillseetheaffirmativeimpactofthisconnectionalmostimmediatelywhenyouincludeyourselfintherecipientsofyourhealinggifts,aslife'sfrustrationsbecomemoretolerableandyourblissbecomesevermorepalpable.
