Somepeoplefavorpostponingtheretirementage.Intheireyes,itisthispolicythatenablestheagingsocietytobuildupenoughwork-force.Asamatteroffact,peopleinmountingnumbershavecometorealizethisprobleminanagingsociety.Evenso,othersholdadifferentviewthatpostponingretirementagecarriessomerisks.Thispolicycanbringoldpeoplestress,butcannotarousetheirenthusiasmforwork,andcannothelpthemtoenjoytheirretirementpension.

Iamconvincedthatweshouldbalanceoldpeople’interestandthisagingsociety.Thus,ifthoseseniorshaveenthusiasmforwork,weshouldeducate,advocateandencouragethemtoworkandperformtheirtasks.Ifwetryourutmosttodoso,thefutureofoldpeople’lifewillbepromising,hopefulandrosy.
