However,privatetutoringhasitsowndisadvantages.Foronething,ittakesupsomuchofthepupils’timethattheycanhardlyfindenoughtimeforrestandentertainment,whichareessentialfortheirphysicalandmentalhealth.Foranother,someteachers,busy“shuttling”fromonefamilytoanother,tendtoneglecttheirregularteachingduties.What’smore,someteachersareeagertohelppupilsdowellinthetest,offeringtheso-calledtipsfortest-takingratherthanhelpthemacquirewhatismoremeaningful.

Generallyspeaking,itsdisadvantagesoutweighitsadvantages.Greateremphasisshouldbelaidonclassroomteachingandpractice,ontheimprovementofteachingqualityandonthetappingofpupils’potentials.Onlyinthiswaycananewgenerationbehealthilybroughtup.
