Ill-treatmenttoteenagersbytheirstep-fathersorstepmothersoftenleadtofamilytragedies.Schoolpupildelinquents,beingnotproperlycaredfor,havechronicbehaviourproblems.Theirparentsaretoobusyeitherwithbusinessorwithgambling.Still,therearecasesresultedfromparents'orgrandparents'indulgencetotheirdarlings.Pettytheftonceortwiceisnotpunishedbutencouraged.Graduallythesepettythievesgrowaddictedtostealing.Adolescentstrieddrugsmostlyoutofcuriositybeforetheyfinallybecamehabitualdrug-takers.

Notafewexamplescanbefoundaroundusinourdailylife.Limitedbytimeandspace,Ihavetoskipthemover.However,juveniledelinquency,beingaserioussocialproblemconcerningtheyounggeneration,certainlydeservesspecialattention.Ithinkofallthethingswecando,themostfundamentaloneisdeepeningandstrengtheningeducationsoastoultimatelysavetheyoung.
