Astothisphenomenon,differentpeoplehavedifferentviews.Somesayitisnecessaryforgraduatestospendmoneyinproducingembellishedresumesandbuyingsuitableclothes,whichcangiveinterviewersagoodimpressionandincreasetheirchanceofsuccess.However,othersdon’tthinkso.Theyarguethatthehighexpenditurecanincreasetheirparents’financialburdensincemoststudentshavenoregularincome.Apartfromthat,thedecoratedresumesdolittlehelptofindajobbecausemostHRmanagerspaymoreattentiontoskills.
