Iamconvincedthatweshouldbalanceoldpeople’interestandthisagingsociety.Thus,ifthoseseniorshaveenthusiasmforwork,weshouldeducate,advocateandencouragethemtoworkandperformtheirtasks.Ifwetryourutmosttodoso,thefutureofoldpeople’lifewillbepromising,hopefulandrosy.
