Severalreasons,inmyopinion,canbeidentifiedtoaccountforthisphenomenon.Tobeginwith,comparedwiththosewithcomparativelylowereducationdegree,peoplewhohavereceivedhighereducationpossessconsiderablywiderknowledge,moreremarkablelearningandresearchability,greaterinnovationandmostofall,resourcefulsocialnetwork,allofwhichareessentialtoahigh-incomework.Also,thehigherone’seducationdegreeis,thebiggerplatformhewillhavetoshowhisability.Forexample,hiscollege,university,orresearchinstitutewillorganizevariousjobfairsforthemtocommunicatefacetofacewithemployers.

Thisphenomenontellsusthateducationisaworthyinvestment.Therefore,substantialeducationinvestmentshouldbestrengthenedwhilewe,ascollegestudents,shouldstudyhardertobuildourcountryandstriveforabetterlifeforourselves.
