However,beingself-employedisnotwithoutproblems.First,beingone’sownbossplacestheresponsibilitydirectlyonthatindividualshoulders.Everyonehassomeweaknessesinacertainaspects.Theseweaknesseswillaffecthowsuccessfulaself-employedpersonis.Second,thoughtheself-employedcanearnconsiderableprofitswithasuccessfulbusiness,lossescanforcethemoutofbusinessandsometimes,placethemindebt.Athirddisadvantageconcernsincomesecurity.Self-employedpeoplehavenoguaranteedwage.Theirearningscanvarygreatly,dependingonbusinessconditions.Salariedpeople,however,cangenerallycountoncontinuedearnings.

Inaddition,salariedpeopleoftenenjoyfringebenefitsthatmeangreaterpeaceofmind.Oneofthesebenefitsmaybeinsurancepaidforbytheemployerthatcontinuestheemployee’ssalaryintheeventofsicknessoraccidentwhilemanyself-employedpeopledonothavesuchprotection.
