D)Althoughozonepollutionisformedmainlyinurbanandsuburbanareas,itendsupinruralareasaswell,carriedbyprevailingwindsorresultingfromcarsandtrucksthattravelintoruralareas.Significantlevelsofozonepollutioncanbedetectedinruralareasasfaras250milesdownwindfromurbanindustrialzones.
