二、晚运动

四、吃饭时细嚼慢咽的原因
人体是一座复杂而精致的化工厂,消化吸收与合成防御均涉及复杂且精准的化学反应。吃饭时要细嚼慢咽均与此有关。 细嚼慢咽的三大好处:
1、磨碎:当吃食物时,牙齿将大块食物切磨成细小颗粒,以增大食物与体内消化液接触面积,不仅提高消化的速率,而且提高食物消化的效率。
2、消化:细嚼时分泌的唾液与食物充分混合,食物中的淀粉在淀粉酶的作用下水解成麦芽糖,便于在肠部进一步水解成葡萄糖。细嚼馍头有甜味就是这个道理。
