My Vacation To Beijing

Last summer I went to Beijing on vacation with my family.

The weather was sunny and hot. We visited the Great Wall on the first day. There were many people on theGreat Wall. The next day, we visited the Palace Museum and Tian’an Men Square.

We took many photos there. We also visited some other interesting place—Beijing Hutong. For dinner, we ate something special—Beijing duck. It was delicious. We had great fun there. I hope to go there again.

This morning we heard the talk given by our headmaster about Lel were deeply moved by Lel Feng's deeds. We have made up our minds to do as Let Feng did.

As there were no classes this afternoon, we decided to do some good deeds for people. Some of us went to the Station Square to repair bikes for people passing by, some went to a home for orphans nearby to help carry coal and wash their clothes, and others remained at school to clean the teachers' office. We all worked very hard.

It was not until six o'clock that I returned home. Tired as I was, I was filled with joy and pride.

I have a good friend .Her name is Alice. We are in the same class. In some ways , we’re the same ,but in some ways ,we’re different . I am as tall as Alice. But she is heavier than me .

We both have black hair. But my hair is longer than hers. Alice is more outgoing than me .She likes sports. But I like music. She exercises every day and she is stronger than me . I am smarter than she . I am better at English than she. I don’t think differences are important in a friendship.

Deng Yaping was born on the 2nd of June,1973. She started to play table tennis in 1978. And in 1983, she joined the Henan table tennis team. In 1988,she joined the national table tennis team. She went to Tsinghua University , majoring in English and management at she was the number 1 women's single player in the ITTF at 1993-1998.

The Spring Festival is very important to Chinese people. In the past，people could not often have meat，rice or other delicious food. They could only eat these during the Spring festival. So every year they hoped that the Spring Festival would come soon. Now， although people‘s life is much better，and we can eat the delicious foods everyday. People still like the festival. Because most people can have a long holiday，and we are free to go on a trip or visit our friends or have parties with our family. In the evenings，we can have a big meal in the restaurant or stay at home with family and watch the TV .

I like the Spring Festival very much. How wonderful the Spring Festival is！

We may obtain knowledge by reading. The more books we read, the more we accumulate the knowledge. Is it right? I don’t think so. It’s not wide reading but useful reading that leads to excellence. And only good books can benifit us.

So choosing books is very important for reading. Many students spend a lot of time reading legends and swordsman ’s a waste of time. Some students even read some bad books and it is harmful for them. So be as careful of the books we read, as of the company we keep, for our habit and character will be as much influened by the former as by the latter.

A bank robber stole a lot of money. He was caught and sent to prison， but the money was never found. When he came out of prison， they watched him to see what he would do. Today I went swimming with a friend of mine. The weather was fine this morning and a large number of people were enjoying themselves on the seashore. Some were playing others were

looking for seashells here and there. Many boys and girls were also learning to swim in the sea.

I was a little afraid at first， but my friend encouraged me and taught me. Little by little， I could swim a short distance. It was great fun to be able to float in the water.

Tired from swimming we lay down on the seashore， bathing in the sun. We returned home tired but happy.

I like listening to music .Usually i listen to music in radio. Why do i like listening to music?Because music can make me happy. I like English too . I think English is very interesting. I have two best friends. They're Julie and Ken. One day, we talk about we new year's resolution. I'm going to be a singer. So, I'm going to take singing lessons .In next year, I'm going to learn to play the piano. Julie is going to be a soccer ball player. So, she is going to play soccer every day.

Road accidents happen every day. There are rules to make the road safer,but some people do not always obey these are careless. How can wemake the road safer?

Before we cross the road, we must stop and look both 't run redlights. It is very dangerous. When we want to cross the road, we must wait untilthe road is clear. Help the children or very old people to cross the road. Wemust obey the rules and set good examples.

If everybody obeys the rules, the roads will be much safer.
