学习成绩不是非常好，但我却在学习的过程中收获了很多。首先是我端正了学习态度。在我考进高中时，脑子里想的是好好放松从重压下解放出来的自己，不想考上好的大学，然而很快我就明白了，高中需努力认真的学习。在老师的谆谆教导下，看到周围的同学们拼命的学习，我也打消了初衷，开始高中的学习旅程。懂得了运用学习方法同时注重独立思考。

要想学好只埋头苦学是不行的，要学会"方法"，做事情的方法。古话说的好，授人以鱼不如授人以渔，我来这里的目的就是要学会"渔"，但说起来容易做起来难，我换了好多种方法，做什么都勤于思考，遇有不懂的地方能勤于请教。在学习时，以"独立思考"作为自己的座右铭，时刻不忘警戒。

随着学习的进步，我不止是学到了课本知识，我的心智也有了一个质的飞跃，我认为这对于将来很重要。在学习知识这段时间里，我更与老师建立了浓厚的师生情谊。老师们的谆谆教导，使我体会了学习的乐趣。我与身边许多同学，也建立了良好的学习关系，互帮互助，克服难关。我在高中三年的高中学习中，我认真积极参加每次实验，锻炼了自我的动手和分析问题能力，受益匪浅。

一直在追求人格的升华，注重自己的品行。我崇拜有巨大人格魅力的人，并一直希望自己也能做到。在高中三年中，我坚持着自我反省且努力的完善自己的人格。高中三年中，我读了一些名著和几本完善人格的书，对自己有所帮助，越来越认识到品行对一个人来说是多么的重要，关系到是否能形成正确的人生观世界观。所以无论在什么情况下，我都以品德至上来要求自己。

无论何时何地我都奉行严于律己的信条，并切实的遵行它。平时友爱同学，尊师重道，乐于助人。以前只是觉得帮助别人感到很开心，是一种传统美德。现在我理解道理，乐于助人不仅能铸造高尚的品德，而且自身也会得到很多利益，帮助别人的同时也是在帮助自己。回顾高中三年高中生活，我很高兴能在同学有困难的时候曾经帮助过他们，相对的，在我有困难时我的同学们也无私的伸出了援助之手。对于老师，我一向是十分敬重的，正是因为他们在我彷徨的时候指导帮助我。

如果没有老师的帮助，我可能将不知道何去何从。我现在领悟到，与其说品德是个人的人品操行，不如说是个人对整个社会的责任。一个人活在这个世界上，就得对社会负起一定的责任义务，有了高尚的品德，就能正确认识自己所负的责任，在贡献中实现自身的价值。

社会实践能力有了很大提高。高中三年中，我参加了不少的校内活动和做过一些社会实践。参加校内的活动可以认识到更多的同学，也就增加了与其他同学交流和向其学习的机会，锻炼了自己的交际能力，学到别人的长处，认清自己的短处。此外，还一直做班委和寝室长，对自己既是压力又是动力。我喜欢做一些社会活动，会让生活更丰富多彩，做过家教、志愿者、推销员和设计员等，有时会感到累些，但乐此不彼。

体育成绩一向很好。我的体质并非很出色，可是通过我的练习和对体育项目的理解，还是能很好的完成体育课的教授项目。我喜欢运动，基本对所有运动都感兴趣，尤其是足球。在高中三年之后的今天，我的球技有了质的提高，脚法和意识。

我是从高一开始接触足球，起步比较迟，可进步很快，总能在同一水平的伙伴中踢一段时间后脱颖而出。我认为这可能是由于抱定了要踢好的决心，也许还有那么点运动天赋。踢足球不仅锻炼了身体，而且增强了团队精神和集体荣誉感。

个人认为这个世界上并不存在完美的人，每个人都有自己的优点缺点，但关键是能否正视并利用它们。高中三年来，我不断的自我反省，归纳了一些自己的优缺点。

我的优点是诚实、热情、性格坚毅。我认为诚信是立身之本，所以我一直是以言出必行来要求自己的，答应别人的事一定按时完成，记得有好几次，同学或老师约了我见面，我答应以后必定按时到达指定约会地点，即使有急事也从不失约，给他们留下了深刻的映像。由于待人热情诚恳，所以从小学到高中一直与同学和老师相处得很好，而且也很受周围同学的欢迎，与许多同学建立起深厚的友谊。

在学习知识的同时，我更懂得了，考虑问题应周到，这在我的毕业论文设计中充分展示了出来。我这个人有个特点，就是不喜欢虎头蛇尾，做事从来都是有始有终，就算再难的事也全力以赴，追求最好的结果，正正是因为如此，我把自己的意志视为主要因素，相信只要有恒心铁棒就能磨成针。

一个人最大的敌人不是别的什么人，而是他本身。这么多年来，我一直都是在跟自己作战，准确地说，是和自己的意志战斗。现在回想起来，我确实比以前坚毅了许多，但我不会松懈下来的。以上这些优点，是我今后立身处世的根本，我应该继续保持，并不断以此鞭策自己奋发向上。

我个人认为自己最大的缺点就是喜欢一心两用甚至多用。急功近利，喜欢一口气学许多东西，但是贪多嚼不烂，即使最后都能学会，也已经搞得自己很疲劳。如今想想，这样其实并不好，正所谓贵在精而不在广。

如果我一段时期内专注于一种学问，不求博但求精，相信一定能更深刻的理解并掌握这门知识。自从我发现自己有这个缺点和问题后，我常常警戒自己，步入社会后也不能一心两用。

通过高中三年的高中生活，学到了很多知识，更重要的是有了较快掌握一种新事物的能力。思想变成熟了许多，性格更坚毅了。认识了许多同学和老师，建立起友谊，并在与他们的交往中提升了自身素质，认清了自身的一些短处并尽力改正。社会实践能力也有很大提高，为将来的人生之路奠定了基础。

Should We Help Strangers?

Recently our class had a discussion aboutwhether we should help have different opinions.

Some think we should try to help strangers. Helping others is a virtue，and helping others is helping come across some trouble and need others' help some everyone isn't willing to help us just because we are strangersto them，it's hard to imagine what our world will belike.

Look at those famous people who stay fit all the time telling people the importance of eating vegetable. Sometimes the conflict of different types of food is easy to be ignored, such as white radish and carrot, which should not be cooked together, because the nutrition will be decreased. If we want to eat in a healthy way, we’d better to stay away from junk food and make the right choice.

I was an appearance of quiet, but without losing a strong girl inside. My friends say I fit a nurse, I think so, I love this industry, so I threw to choose her. I just nurses, although not a doctor, but she was better than any doctor closer to patients in need of a more extensive knowledge and technology, so that the real angels in white.
