At universities and colleges, sports and social activities play an important part in students' campus life. According to recent surveys, more than sixty percent of all undergraduate students in the United States spend at least one hour per week on socially organized activities like symphony orchestra, drama club, or a choir. But from my personal point of view, classes and libraries are the nucleus part for most higher educational institutes, on which both the school and the students themselves should place the most emphasis. Whereas social activities are critical supplement for students' college life, they by no means deserve or need the same amount of financial support as the classes and libraries do.
