Abstract: The social modernization is the economical, political and the cultural comprehensive progress, cultural development is the important connotation. The construction socialism new countryside, needs take the cultural intrinsic tensity as a foundation, outside develops the countryside culture the supporting capacity, forms the sustainable countryside culture power, and gradually forms "body many Yuan" which the advanced culture and the branch culture fuses the cultural system. Our country countryside culture for a long time accumulates, its characteristic and so on seal and lag causes the innovation power to be insufficient, the social third kind of strength arises at the historic moment, and for the countryside culture development innovation value idea and the movement mechanism, promotes the countryside sustainable culture power value practice.Key words: New countryside; Countryside culture; Sustainable cultural power; Third kind of strength; Cultural security
