A few days ago, our class held an English test. This morning, I received my English test . I was very disappointed with the result after I came out.

2、加强对学生能力的培养。如：通过跟录音读单词、课文来提高学生的朗读水平和听力水平。也可利用早读时间来加强听力能力的训练。课后需加强课外阅读的输入量，阅读材料的选择应难度适中，从而提高阅读水平。另外，要重视学生书面表达的训练，在要求学生写作时，要求不能过高，应按照循序渐进的原则，加强写作技巧的指导来逐步提高写作能力。

3、做好防差补差的工作。我班相当一部分的学生英语基础较差，因此补差工作尤为重要，我认为应从以下几方面着手：

1．加强对学生英语能力的培养，在阅读课上有意识地强化训练学生的听说与 读写能力，不停留于知识点的讲解与掌握；

2. 扎实地上好、上实每一堂课，提高课堂效率；在教学设计上多下功夫，激发学生学习英语的兴趣；教学中进一步加强学生对基础知识的掌握，让及 格的学生更上一层楼，低分学生争取考得更好。

3. 提高早读、晚自习的时间利用率，让学生养成学英语的良好习惯；

4. 分层补差，帮助后进生树立信心，不轻言放弃；

6. 加强听力能力的培养和训练；

7. 多让学生写作文，熟能生巧，只有多读多写多练，才能有进步；
