But that can also be a problem. Some of the courses may not be very suitable for Chinese students because of cultural differences and may cause chaos on Chinese campus. In my opinion, online open course is useful and we should make use of it to broaden our horizons. But we should also remember to have our own thinking and not be brainwashed by improper ideas.

时间就像蜗牛一样慢慢地爬到了下午，同学们有的喜笑颜开，因为展示自己才华的时候到了；有的愁眉苦脸，可能是担心答错了题，感到在众多的老师面前没有面子。英语老师似看出了我们的心思，和颜悦色地说："不要紧张，更不要怕回答错误了不好意思。其实答错了没有关系，反而会让同学们帮你改正错误……"

时间像一支离弦的箭，不知不觉就到了下课的时间。我们的公开课上得很成功！

是啊，在课堂上，我在踊跃举手，积极发言，虽然有时难免出错，但要老师和同学们的帮助下，你会及时改正错误，从而受益匪浅。

写好字母是基础。万事开头难，好的开始是成功的一半。

以往的经验告诉我，英语书写不版好的学生，权绝大部分是字母的书写不规范，没有掌握英语字母的书写规则。因此，要想提高学生的英语书写水平应该从字母开始就要规范。英语字母和汉语拼音虽然不属于同种语系，但是它们的书写也有相似之处，都有笔顺、笔划，还有格式。不同之处在于汉语拼音的书写遵从于汉字的"方正"而显得呆板、端正，而英语字母的书写讲究流畅、曲线美。弄清了它们的异同之处，学写英语字母时，求同存异，化不利为有利，防患于未然，结果事半功倍，效果显著。

英语字母的书写，格式是关键。英语字母应该是书写在四线三格内，首先让学生熟悉这种格式，心中有格，书写时才不会出格。其次，要掌握26个字母每个字母的小写形式以及所占的格数、哪几格。最后，书写时，本子最好是正规印刷厂印刷的，四线三格比较规范，分布均匀，否则，三格不均，书写起来，容易走形；书写开始最好用木制铅笔，书写时好用力，字母看起来才有力度，如用自动铅笔，字母书写的软而无力，可看性不强，影响字母的美观。

登上三尺讲台不满两年，我幸运地有机会开设市直公开课，心中很是兴奋。但是如何上好using language，心里亦是万分忐忑。

备课的`第一步即是研读教材。本单元Using language部分的Reading and writing要求学生通过阅读一篇读者写给电影院建筑师的信，请求建筑师充分考虑残疾人的需求，学习建议信写作手法（内容、语言和语气），并要求学生学写建议信。在熟读教材之后，我开始搜寻using language的各种课例，希望从中得到灵感。从这些优秀的课例中，我学习到三段七步读写整合教学模式。

明确了本节课的教学目的，我便开始了这节课的设计。在课间教师播放一个无手无脚却身残志坚的残疾人视频，引出残疾人话题，让学生意识到残疾人生活不便，激发他们对残疾人的同情心。然后通过建议信的两次阅读，引导学生理解、体会、总结建议信的结构、语气、词汇等方面的写作特点。读后教师设计了真实情景，组织学生讨论建议，如何让新建的万达广场更好地为残疾人服务，为最后的写作做内容的铺垫。为了做好写前准备，教师在阅读和写作中间增加了以练习，由单词到短语再到句子的翻译，让学生练习如何去提建议。最后要求学生独立写作，考虑到学生的基础，只要求学生写下建议信的主题部分——之前讨论的建议。学生写完后，由教师示范评价。在呈现习作的评价标准，要求学生课后完成这封建议信的写作。

根据以上教学设计，本节课思路清晰、步骤紧凑，基本达成既定教学目标，收到了良好的教学效果。首先，导入部分的视频能触动学生的心灵，调动了学生学习的热情和积极性，活跃了班级气氛。其次，这是一节语言运用课，教师把读、说和写整合起来，写是重头戏，要花很多时间。于是教师着重处理了写建议信需要掌握的结构、语气、词汇等，做到阅读为写作铺垫。这样既训练了阅读技能，又节省时间，为写作争取了宝贵的时间。最后，写前的翻译练习，不仅巩固了在阅读活动中出现的语言知识，又最后写作任务的输出提供了基础和保障。总之，在层层铺垫之后，学生按基本完成了写作任务，部分学生的初稿作文质量很高，教学目标圆满完成。

一周来磨课的过程让我收获颇多。尽管本人还是非常喜欢自己这节课的设计，但是本节课的缺点是显而易见的。第一，本人对教材的熟悉程度还不够，注重形式而忽略了内容。本人将大部分时间放于设计上，希望有所创新，而忽略了本源——教材。教师只有吃透教材，才能帮助学生学习课文的精华。因此，教师要熟悉教材，研究教材，吃透教材。第二，两次阅读的层次不明显。第一次和第二次阅读有重叠的目标。按照郑老师所提的建议，可以将两次阅读的目标改为：reading for language 和reading for structure。第三，写作前所搭建的语言支架还不够。因为时间的限制，本人只设计了由单词到短语再到句子的翻译，作为写作的铺垫。而充分的写作铺垫是应该像郑老师所言，由句型模仿到句子翻译，再到写作内容讨论。只有充分的写前铺垫，才会有顺利的写作输出。第四，语速过快，指令不明晰。第一次能有机会上市直公开课，本人非常兴奋和紧张，希望不辜负学校和组长的栽培，但是却殊不知这样的心态让自己更加紧张。语速快亦缺乏节奏感，使得指令表达不清晰，使得部分学生跟不上教师，难以将学生带入课文情境中。

通过这节课，我明白自己又很多不足之处，有很多需要努力的地方。其中最重要的一点就是吃透教材，去背教材中的文本，增进自己的语言素质，丰富自己的文化内涵，向学生展示教材中的精华。其次，努力使自己的语音、语调更地道，使语速更富节奏感，使自己的声音更有吸引力。因此，每天坚持听音练音，即便再忙也要坚持，因为机会是留给有准备的人。

成功的花，人们只惊羡她现时的明艳！然而当初她的芽儿，浸透了奋斗的泪泉，洒遍了牺牲的血雨。作为新教师的我，更应多学习，多实践，多思考，扎扎实实练好基本功的同时，力求创新和突破！
